INDEPENDENT LEGAL ADVICE / NOTARY / COMMISSIONER FOR OATHS
As a Notary and Commissioner for Oaths Erin can assist in taking signatures on documents. Ms. Brook will not take signatures on Separation Agreements that parties have drafted themselves. She will provide independent legal advice on documents drafted by another party’s lawyer.
